Demolition of a 10,000 sq.m tile factory. Removal of tanks, bases and hardstandings.
Ground
remediation including decontamination of 5,000 cu.m of material,
treatment of Japanese knotweed on site, bulk earthworks and site
profiling and importation and placement of 10,000 cu.m capping clay and
subsoil, screening and recycling of site materials, excavation and
recompaction of 70,000 cu.m of earth in an existing marl pit, handle
and placement of 120,000 cu.m of material to surcharge the marl pit,
reclamation and reshaping of an existing dam and pond. Establishment of
new environmental habitats.
