Demolition of a 12,000 sq.m factory and industrial warehouse. Removal of tanks, bases and hardstandings.

Ground remediation including, recycling 50,000 cu.m of material within an existing landfill site, screening, selection and disposal of 6,000 cu.m of waste off site, bulk earthworks and site profiling. Remediation treatment of 4,000m3 of hydrocarbon contamination.
