Demolition of 4000 sq.m foundry unit. Removal of tanks, bases and hardstandings. Ground remediation including grouting of 3 mineshafts and capping thereof, decontamination of 10,000 cu.m of material, bulk earthworks and site profiling and importation of 12,000 cu.m of capping fill, boundary wall piling and vibro column ground improvement.

Adoptable roads and sewers

Groundwork’s including 69 no suspended foundations and all associated drainage, driveways and external works.
